15 Best Upcoming CRPGs Like Baldur’s Gate 3 for Fans in 2025

Prior to Baldur’s Gate 3‘s launch few would have guessed that an isometric camera CRPG could have such an influence on the gaming world… Larian Studios achieved just that. BG3 hit an astonishing high of 875,343 players at once on Steam. This is perhaps the first time a narrative driven isometric turn-based CRPG has broken through outside the world of shooters or MMORPGs… The good thing is; this breakthrough hints that we’ll often see new games in this style coming out.

This piece will highlight a list of games similar to Baldur’s Gate 3 that are slated for release in late 2024 and 2025, as we’ve already mentioned on our YouTube channel. These games have something for everyone, from one-of-a-kind settings to the CRPG charm of maximizing limited resources and crafting diverse character builds.

A few games here mostly stick to fantasy themes, but we’ve also thrown in some with futuristic vibes to keep things interesting.
