Hooked:
“Send Someone flying 40 meters using Hook Mines.”
The second chapter is the best place for this achievement. Hook mines can be bought from the black market shop. The best spot is down by the canal on the map where there is a guy fishing by the skiff. Set the hook mine to lethal and place it upon the stone part of the bridge that crosses the canal by the drop. If done correctly the mine will send him flying over the edge and the achievement will pop.
Note: Standing on the railing and then placing the mine works best.
