Look, we all love Assassin’s Creed. Even when we say we’re tired of Assassin’s Creed, secretly, we’re not. It’s like pizza. Even bad pizza is still… pizza. And Assassin’s Creed Shadows is looking like it could be gourmet pizza after a few… questionable toppings choices in the past. Ubisoft needs a win, let’s be real.

Worried about complex ninja button combinations?? Fear not!! Assassin’s Creed Shadows controls, laid bare and easy to digest. We’ve distilled the button layout down to its purest, most understandable form. If you can operate a TV remote, you can handle this… probably. Anyway here’s the list. Don’t say we never did anything for you.

Left Stick – Movement

Left Stick (Press) – Sprint / Lunge / Gallop

Right Stick – Camera Control

Right Stick (Press) – Lock Target / Eagle Vision (Hold) (Naoe)

RT – Alternate Attack / Alternate Posture Attack (Hold) / Shoot

RB – Regular Attack / Regular Posture Attack (Hold) / Assassinate / Quick Throw
