In order to get the Pillow Fort achievement in A Hat in Time you only need the ice cap. Head into Hat Kid’s bedroom and go into the mass of pillows by the telescope to start Chapter 3. There should be a light emanating from it to show where the secret room is. If you don’t see it, you can rotate the camera around to see the inside of the pillows. Once you have the right area of where it is in you’re going to jump and use the ice cap so that you ground pound into the room. Once inside the achievement will pop up.
