FINAL FANTASY XV WINDOWS EDITION Savegames can be found here:

Windows:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<your profile id>\637650

C:\Users\<Your Computer username>\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XV\Steam\<user-id>\savestorage\

They would be my first point of call for where to find your save data. Of course, you might have to change the above address depending on where you’ve installed your main steam program folder or what your computer username is.
