Besides the reward from an S Rank quest in v1.00, you can now get this trait on accessories dropped by Nightless Demon Core. (DLC boss) In the next version, you can get it from another quest and duplicate it, although you need to buy the new DLC.

Termina and Palmyra can drop all the new traits. Some of them can be gathered in a high-level map like Domain of Despair.
