LEGO® The Incredibles – Municiberg: Tourist District – Crime Wave

Blazing Barnacles: Talk to Hot Dog Guy, and he will ask you to put out the fires. Put out the first two groups of fires, then head over to the third. Destroy the glowing object to reveal LEGO pieces, then build them into blocks. Hop up and put out the fires, then destroy the glowing objects to reveal LEGO pieces. Build them into a launch pad, then step on it. Hop up and blocks and railings to reach the roof, then smash the cracked wall on the water tower to put out the remaining fires. You will then be tasked with disposing of 3 bombs. Head to the markers and destroy the bomb supports, then ride each bomb to the disposal site. Dispose of all the bombs to complete this quest.

Brawlermen: Talk to the Tourist, and he will ask you to defeat groups of Anchor-Man Goons. Head to the markers and defeat the enemies there to complete the quest.

Bulkhead Blockades: Talk to Ice Cream Guy, and he will ask you to clear some barricades. Hop in the vehicles and destroy each of the 3 blockades to complete this quest.
