This is easier to do on higher difficulties, since the enemies won’t die as quickly. You must attack with different moves, kill different enemies, and do it all quickly. Using V is the easier method, as he doesn’t fight but leaves his pets to do the dirty work. Getting his “Promotion” skill allows you to mount the Nightmare, and enemies cannot attack you while you’re mounted.

If you attack enemies with the Nightmare while mounted, and also use both Griffon and Shadow, this should come very naturally.

The best place to achieve this is during the first encounter in Mission 5; even on Devil Hunter mode, but the higher mode the better.

Mission 7 is also another great spot. Lastly, the checkpoint in Mission 13 works well since it has respawning enemies.
