To obtain the World Breaker, you need to fight and defeat Claviger, who can be found in The Spindle on Rhom. During the battle, let him absorb one of the Vyr monsters that spawn.
If you don’t let him absorb a Vyr, you’ll receive Void Silver instead. If you do, you’ll get the Stone of the Guardian material.
Once you have the Stone of the Guardian, return to Ward 13 and visit McCabe. Crafting the World Breaker will require the Stone of the Guardian, 7 Lumenite Crystals, and 650 Scrap.
