- Movement – Left Stick
- Jump – X
- Bat Attack – Square
- Use Mutation 1 – R2
- Use Mutation 2 – L2
- Use Mutation 3 – R1
- Dodge – L1
- Interact – Triangle
- Use / (Hold) Drop Item – Circle
- Ground Pound – Triangle
- D-Pad Up – Zoom In Minimap
- D-Pad Down – Zoom Out Minimap
- D-Pad Left – Remap Mutations
- D-Pad Right – Minimap Size
