How Do I Find My VIP ID?

If you need help with the Vault Insider Program, one of the pieces of information we’ll need is your VIP ID number. Here’s how to find this info.

Go to the Borderlands VIP website and log in to your account.

The next screen will show your Insider Profile, which displays the VIP ID at the bottom. The VIP ID is a long string of numbers, in the area we’ve circled below. You can click the text to copy it and send over to us.
