To get Soul Emblems in DBZ Kakarot, all you have to do is complete quests for the various characters in the game. This includes main quests, but, more importantly, you have to do the side quests. Not only do they provide you with a ton of useful stuff, but they are going to be your main source of Soul Emblems. So, yeah, bottom line is: complete quests of both the main and sub variety, and you’ll be unlocking a steady stream of Soul Emblems.
