NBA 2K21 – I’m Missing Weekly MYTEAM PACKS – Issue

A user must enter MyTeam to earn a pack, but you also need to do something in the mode for us to tell that you were there. Just going to the menu and shutting down or exiting won’t do it. Starting a game is the most direct way to ensure you get recognized.

Once you are counted as having entered the mode, you’ll receive a pack the following Sunday.

If you start entering the mode (or keep playing the mode) weekly, you’ll get all the packs promised from the pre-order.
