In order to perform a Putback Dunk in NBA 2K21, simply be in position for a rebound, but instead of pressing your rebound button (triangle, Y, X for PS4, Xbox One, and Switch), hit your shoot button (square, X, Y). Obviously, this is a riskier/lower percentage than just simply going for the rebound and starting the play over from scratch, but the obvious benefit is potentially getting an easy two-pointers and the gratification of slamming down a missed shot with authority.
