NBA 2K22: Advanced Passing Guide – How to Improve Passing and Reduce Turnovers
Passing
How to Improve Passing
- Combine your dribbling and passing mechanics as much as possible. A skilled player constantly uses a variety of strategies, and if you stay one-dimensional about it, you’ll have a hard time trying to improve later on.
- Having the appropriate controller settings may make a significant difference in how you pass the ball on the court. Set your Pass Target Profile to Custom, with 89 as the target direction, 1 as the distance, and 10 as the openness. This will allow you to be highly dynamic, and your players will be able to generate a lot of open areas for them to shoot from. This method will work.
- Fake is a great technique to get the ball to the player you want. They perform well against AI, but in online modes, they are extremely helpful against human players. Scramble and have your players guess where you’re going to make the next pass.
