/Increasing your character’s stats is super important if you want to compete in the big leagues. You can increase them permanently with VC and get a boost by doing drills in the Gatorade training facility. However, stats are not enough to win games. You need experience and, most of all, a variety of moves that will help you score points in the toughest of situations.

HOW TO INCREASE SPEED, STAMINA & STRENGTH IN NBA 2K23
- It’s vital that you increase the attributes of your players in NBA 2K23’s MyCareer and MyPlayer modes in order to compete in the higher ranks.
- The easiest way to achieve this is to buy VC. However, even with enough VC, you will not be able to complete every upgrade since there is a level cap on attributes.
- Moreover, it’s not possible to keep buying an unlimited amount of VC. If you are a new player, then the best way to earn VC is by grinding MyCareer, playing your games, and practicing.
- The only way to increase your speed, acceleration, strength, verticality, and stamina is to buy attribute points with VC.
- Once you reach the attribute limit you will need MyPoints to lift the level cap and increase it even further.
- You will see an automatic improvement in your five physical attributes as you increase your cap and purchase additional upgrades.
HOW TO INCREASE SPEED, STAMINA, STRENGTH WITHOUT VC IN NBA 2K23
- In addition to increasing your stats with VC, you also receive a temporary +1 to +4 boost by training in the Gatorade training facility.
- The exercises available boost your acceleration, speed, stamina, strength, and vertical and they must be done once per week.
- Each category has two exercises, and you only need to do one of them for the boost to activate. Pick an exercise you are familiar with to increase your chances of getting a boost. Here is a list of them:
Acceleration – Agility ladder, Agility Hurdles.
Speed – Sprints, Treadmill.
Stamina – Battle Ropes, Medicine Ball.
Strength – Bench Press, Squats, Dumbbells.
Vertical – Box Jump, Clean List, Leg Press.
- The boost is activated only when you complete all the workouts. If you get a +3 or better in every category, you will also receive a Gatorade Turbo Boost.
