NBA 2K23: How to Assign a Created Player to Any Team or Free Agency

In this guide, you will learn how to assign a player that has been created to any team in NBA 2K23. Simply follow the steps listed below.

From the main menu, select the features tab and then the ‘create a player’ option. If you already have a player that you created, skip this step and return to the features menu and select the ‘create a roster’ option.

Select the roster league type, and then from the opening screen select the ‘Official 2KSports Roster’ option.

Now you will see some random NBA players. To view the created players, press RB/LB on Xbox or R1/L1 on PlayStation while you are in the player menu. You can now copy the players you have created to a team or an agency.
