I do not know about you but I have an itch that needs scratching.. Sometimes, I just want to drive something really fast maybe even a little dangerously. Wind whipping past my face, the roar of an engine and the feeling of tearing up asphalt on wheels that are spinning irresponsibly fast. You could say I have a need. A need for… Engine Evolution 2022.

Engine Evolution 2022 is a PvP multiplayer racing game that puts players behind the controls of some seriously powerful vehicles. There are more than 90 vehicles total from seven different nations which you’ll race on 25 tracks that are a mix of real life locations and custom-made ones. It’s not all about going fast though, there’s plenty of customization to engage in as well. Make your racer and your vehicles unique to you!

While you’re racing up to 11 other players, weaving in and out of competitors trying to reach the top spot, you might not even consider the craziest fact about this game: it was made almost entirely by a single developer! As a school project!

Petr Simunek put a lot of work into Engine Evolution 2022, and all you have to do is race to the best of your abilities to do his game justice. The controls are fun & familiar but there is still a lot to remember.
