Controls for Echoes of the Plum Grove

This guide covers the basic controls for Echoes of the Plum Grove. There aren’t many, but here’s a rundown of what each key lets you do:

Controls

• Movement: W, A, S, D

• Map: M

• Items: I

• Family: F

• Open/Close Menu: ESC

• Use Equipped Item: Spacebar

• Hotbar Slots: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0

• Cooking Menu: To access the cooking menu, click on the cooking pot inside your farmhouse. Making a meal takes time, so you can leave and come back when the meal is complete. To pick up your food, click on the meal in the menu.

• Journal/Quests: J

• Crafting: To be able to craft things, click on the crafting table within your farmhouse.

• To unlock craftable recipes, you must find blueprints. They can be bought, or given as rewards when fulfilling quests. Some craftables can only be placed inside, while others are outside. If it can’t be placed, try switching your location. Some use raw materials to create valuable artisan items.

• Character Menu: C

• Village Menu: V

• Lantern: The lantern is used as a light source when it is dark outside, or you are entering the caves. To use it, make sure a lantern is in your inventory, then head to the player tab and click the lantern button. Lanterns need to be refilled using lantern oil. When the bar is almost empty, click the small button on the bottom right corner to refill.

• Sleep: To sleep, click the bed in your farmhouse. You can also access your starting chest items and open gates this way. Click or walk into doors to enter.
