WoW Classic Season of Discovery: How to Get Soul Siphon

Soul Siphon’s a chest slot rune that amps up your Drain Life & Drain Soul spells… think of it like a power-up for each Shadow effect you’ve got on your target, maxing out at a wild 18% extra oomph. But first things first – you gotta get it.

For Human Warlocks

Kick off with a critter (like a rabbit or frog), Drain Soul their spirit away, & you’ll bag an Innocent Shard.

Next up, Hogger… Drain his soul & grab that Wanted Shard.

Both shards in hand? Zip over to Damien Kane in the Goldshire Inn basement, Elwynn Forest (coords 44 | 66). Trade in your shards… & bam, Soul Siphon is yours.

Orcs

Same deal to start: Drain Soul on a critter for your Innocent Shard.

Hunt down Gazz’uz, give him the Drain Soul treatment & seize the Wanted Shard.

March those shards over to Darmak Bloodhowl in Razor Hill (55 | 41)… he’ll swap ’em for your Soul Siphon.

Undead Warlocks

Use Drain Soul on a critter for the Pure Shard.

Then it’s Maggot Eye’s turn, drain him for the Wanted Shard.

Head to Denton Bleakway in Undercity with your shards & get your prize.

Gnomes

You know the drill: critter, Drain Soul, Pure Shard.

Captain Beld’s got your Wanted Shard, so get draining.

Gaklik Voidtwist in Kharanos, Dun Morogh (47 | 54) will do the final exchange… Soul Siphon for shards.
