Yo survivors! Ready to become the ultimate resource-gathering boss in Ark Survival Ascended? Buckle up, ’cause I’m about to drop some knowledge bombs that’ll turn your Ark game from zero to hero. We’re talking the nitty-gritty, the down & dirty on the best creatures for snagging every resource under the sun (and even some from the depths of the ocean).

Fiber: The Soft Touch

Moscops: This little guy? A fiber-finding fiend. Easy to tame, & if you spec it just right, it’s like a fiber factory on legs. Perfect for early game hustles.

Gigantopithecus: Speedy Gonzales of fiber collection; this big ape gathers on the go, making it a prime choice for efficient resource runs.

Therizinosaurus: Don’t let the size fool ya – it’s delicate with those claws, perfect for snagging fiber like nobody’s business.

The Hard Stuff: Crystal, Metal, & Flint

Ankylosaurus: The heavyweight champ of metal & flint collection. Pair it with an Argentavis, & you’re in the money.

Doedicurus & Dunkleosteus: These two are your go-to for underwater metal adventures. Dunkleosteus is especially slick in the deep blue.

Bug Busters: Chitin & Keratin

Megatherium: Top of the food chain in bug-infested caves. Gets a crazy buff & turns into a chitin-collecting monster.

Diplocaulus: A surprising pick, but toss this bad boy into the ocean & watch the chitin roll in.

Sabertooth: Not just a pretty face – it’s a keratin-gathering machine, especially against bigger, bonier dinos.

Wood You Believe It: Best Lumberjacks

Castoroides: Number one wood gatherer per tree, plus it’s got this cool wood weight reduction thing going on…
