Ark: Survival Ascended - How to Get Level 150 Dinos

If snagging those majestic level 150 dinos in Ark: Survival Ascended is your mission, then you’re in the right spot. First off, fire up your game -> you’re aiming for the single player mode, so hit Start and then either ‘Create or Resume Game’ – depends on whether you’re a newbie or a vet in this dino-filled universe.

Crank Up the Difficulty

Head over to ‘Game Rules’ at the top middle of your screen. You’re looking for ‘Difficulty’ at the bottom middle – smack that onto ‘Hard’.

But wait there’s more; find the ‘Max Difficulty’ tab, make sure it’s turned on. Now, the ‘Difficulty Level’? Just leave it chillin’ at one. Trust me, if ‘Max Difficulty’ is on, you’re all good…

Jump Into the Jungle

Hit ‘Single Player’ and let the adventure begin! If this is your first rodeo, you’ll see dinos spawning at levels like 5, 10, 15… all the way to the big 150.

Already Got a Game Going??

Got only puny dinos roaming around?? Time for a clean sweep. Pop open the command console – it’s that sneaky little key right below ‘Esc’, to the left of ‘1’, and above ‘Tab’. Type in cheat destroy wild dinos – no spaces, no mess – and smash that ‘Enter’ key. This gets rid of the old timers but keeps your tamed buddies safe.

Check for New Dino Buds

After you’ve cleared the field, wait for the new crew to roll in. They should be showing up in increments of 5, like 45, 50, 65, 125… You get the drift. Spot a 140 Bronto? -> you’re on the right track…

No Luck Yet? Here’s a Twist

Didn’t work out the first time? No sweat.. let’s double down. Make sure you hit ‘Save’, then dive back into the world. Slam that tilde key (~), type ‘destroywilddinos’ & bail out of the game. Now, give it another whirl—fire up the game again -> those level 150 dinos should be showing up, ready for the taking…
