COD’s famous not just for tight gunfights but for its perks, too, handing your character sweet abilities or major boosts. Perks temporarily up your game in things like quick reloads, sprinting longer, and even eavesdropping on distant noises. You’ll probably wanna activate those perks ASAP. Trying to pop one mid-battle can be tricky with all the chaos, but hang onto some – they’re game-changers. You’ve got three perk slots but just one choice per section of the Perk tree. Pick the perks that vibe with how you play: boost your main weapon, your agility, and something extra for your tactics. If killstreaks are your thing, the bounty perk’s your best bud. For team players or snipers, go stealth with the hunter perk.

Here’s the Perk Lineup in Call of Duty Modern Warfare:

• Munitions – Swaps your sidearm for another main weapon. Old-school COD fans will recognize this as Overkill.

• Tune-Up – Pack an extra Lethal on your gear.

• Restock – Your Lethal & Tactical gear re-up faster post-use.

• Scavenger – Grab ammo from fallen players.

• Shrapnel – Your lethal gear packs an extra punch.

• Warhead – Speeds up your RPG reloads.

• Heavy Metal – Kills in your kill streak count towards more streaks.

• High Alert – Get a heads-up on-screen when you’re in someone’s sights.

• Spotter – Spot enemy gear for you & your team to strategize.

• Battle Hardened – Stuns & flashbangs? Less of a problem for you.

• Cold Blooded – Stay off enemy radars and avoid targeting systems.

• EOD – Take less boom from explosives.

• Bounty Hunter – High-kill players get a target on their back; taking them out gives you a killstreak boost.

• Double Time – Super Sprint lasts way longer.

• Hunter – Track enemy footsteps like a pro.

And don’t forget Weapon Perks:

• Slight of Hand – Reload like lightning.

• Bayonet – Stick a bayonet on your knife for that extra reach.

• Ricochet – Your shots can bounce off surfaces.

• Supersonic – Stun your enemies with your shots.

• FMJ – Your rounds will punch through with more damage.

• Skulker – Sneak around faster when crouched.

• Glacial – Slow enemies down with your shots.

• Shrapnel Shots – Mess with your enemy’s healing.

• Infinite Breath – Hold your breath longer for those precise shots.

• Mo’ Money – Land headshots for extra XP.
