Make sure your computer meets minimal requirements for the game. If somehow you bought the game without checking that (and I’m sure a lot of you will make it like this) – set video details on the lowest possible. Turn off all special effects, and set lower texture resolution. You can also lower game resolution. Make sure steam broadcast is turned off. If this will not help, only changing your PC will make it work better.

this is probably the worst help page I have ever seen. Get a better computer is your answer? My 7 grand PC is having issues with chop, im pretty sure a 1080ti and i9 and 64GB of RAM are enough to handle this game and are so far above recommended that its silly. Also every major update brings bugs … from the devs! Doesn’t mean someones PC isn’t up to snuff lol I mean I run Star Citizen at almost 100 fps steady so there is no reason to suggest MY PC isn’t big enough to handle it. Most of these issues are due to optimization being tertiary in the dev process, which is how this company works. They have done it with all of their games. They end up amazing great fantastic games… but they are very trial and error devs and sometimes we are stuck with issues. But don’t give advice if you don’t have any relevant help to offer. Bloom and Anti Aliasing are almost always the main issues with FPS for these games. the cursor lag believe it or not is actually due to inventory amount. Its something that was introduced a few updates ago and has yet to be fixed.
I run a RTX 4090 and an AMD Ryzen some number or other 64 gb of ram so you should work on your helping a bit more
