Follow these simple steps;

 

1-) Go to:

-> “%appdata% or C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Citadel\Saved\

Config\WindowsNoEditor

 

–> GameUserSettings.ini

 

–> Change FrameRateLimit to 300

 

2-) Now Save the .ini and set it to Read Only so the game will not revert it.
