Mana management may be confusing for beginning players, however, once you get to level 4 it is a breeze. There are 3 ways (AFAIK) to refill your mana bar:

– Refill at the safe zone mana pool (or in the later game your own mana pool)

– Eat consumables (Potions, some flowers, etc)

– Level up, every time you level up your mana and health are completely refilled. (Also on death)

Potions are the most reliable way, however. To make a mana potion you must first unlock it in the ‘K’ menu. A mana potion costs 1 rune crystal, and 2 death orchids to make, and revives “100” mana, although oftentimes it regens anywhere from 99 to 103 mana.

Health potions are similar except they cost 1 rune crystal, 3 crowberries, and 1 mushroom.

If you only want to use up 1 potion slot however you could use a vitality potion, which regens 60 hp and 60 mana.
