Cleric Promotion to Priest of the Sun

Begin your journey by traveling to the Snowtree Residence, nestled in the peaceful greenery of the Murmurwoods. Once there, you’ll learn that your task is to find an ancient tome: the Prophecies of the Sun.

The Prophecies of the Sun aren’t just lying around anywhere, though. They are carefully hidden within the ominous confines of the Abandoned Temple. Face the dangers of the Dagger Wound Isles, venture into the temple and make sure to secure the book.

With the Prophecies of the Sun secured, it’s time to return to the Snowtree Residence. Now, you’ll reap your rewards. Present the book to complete your quest. If you’re a Cleric, congratulations are in order, as you’ll be promoted to a Priest of the Sun. If you don’t have a Cleric in your party don’t worry. You won’t leave empty-handed. You will gain a significant amount of experience points that will help you strengthen your other party members.

Necromancer Promotion to Lich

Begin by heading to the Taleshire Residence in the mysterious lands of Shadowspire. There, you’ll meet a person named Taleshire. He’ll tell you that you’re on a hunt for two valuable items: the Lost Book of Khel & Lich Jars, both of which are found in the Uplifted Library and the Mad Necromancer’s Lab, respectively.

Your first stop is the Dagger Wound Isles, where the Uplifted Library awaits. However, reaching the library won’t be easy—you’ll need the ability to either fly, levitate or walk on water. Once you’re there, make your way to the top floor & locate the Lost Book of Khel.

Head back to Shadowspire, but this time, venture deep within the depths of the Mad Necromancer’s Lab. Here, you’ll find chests that contain Lich Jars. Ensure you grab enough—there should be one jar for every Necromancer in your party who seeks promotion.

With the Lost Book of Khel and the Lich Jars safely in your possession, return to the Taleshire Residence. Prepare for the transformation: the Necromancers in your party will be promoted to Liches, and those not on the Necromantic path will still gain a good amount of experience points. If you need to promote more Necromancers in the future, go to the House of Lathaen.
