To expand to the next district of Westside Plains, a special contract for each area has to be completed. The contract „Road Refurbishment at Sunny-Hills-Bridge“, which unlocks the second district, will be available at player level 5 and requires at least 4 purchased machines. The contract can be found in the company menu as a special contract.

The contract „Clear the Road to Westgate“, which unlocks the third district, will be available at player level 10 and requires at least 8 purchased machines. The contract „A Bridge to Northridge“, which unlocks the fourth district, will be available at player level 15 and requires at least 16 purchased machines. To be able to accept contracts in the new unlocked area, the specific Expansion – Contract has to be completed in order to sign the lease agreement for the new home base.
