You need to get into the Luck & Probability area, and for that, you’ll need a Level 5 Keycard. Don’t worry, as you move through the story, you’ll snag it. Head over to the Luck & Probability spot in the Research Sector, and use your Level 5 card to open up a door. Inside, there’s a roulette table waiting. Now, if you wanna win at this roulette, you’ve got to have luck on your side. Check out some clues around; those notes will give you some insights into luck from different places. To win at the roulette, follow these steps:

Ensure the Horseshoe is facing upwards.

Take the 4-Leaf Clover and set it in the planter close to the roulette wheel.

Switch on all the lights in the roulette room.

Using kinesis, pick up the gold fish and position it near the roulette. You can hold it during the spin or just place it nearby.

Activate the cat statue, so its paw is moving up and down.

Quick note: There are two bouncing ball fixtures in that room. You might wanna activate them – it’s up in the air if they make a difference. Once you’ve got everything set up right, interact with the wheel. If luck’s on your side, you’ll snag the Gold Suit outfit and a bonus +2 AP. You can switch to your new outfit at the Central Executive Control Point.
