Welcome back to the charmingly specific dexterity challenge of guiding our favorite green hero; these controls will help you spin, stomp, and swim your way through nostalgia, hopefully with slightly fewer controller-yeeting moments of ‘I swear I pressed jump!’ than back in ’97.

Sidestep Left: Z

Graphics Mode Toggle: TAB

Sidestep Right: X

Pause: ESC

180° Flip/Hop: SHIFT

Jump/Swim Forward: SPACE

Attack: CTRL

Xbox Gamepad Controls

Swim Down: Left Trigger (LT)

Sidestep Left: Left Bumper (LB)

Graphics Mode Toggle: View Button (small button left of center)

Movement: Left Analog Stick

Movement (Classic): D-Pad
