Crow Country PC Keyboard & Gamepad Controls

Crow Country takes you back to the golden days of the PlayStation 1 era, capturing the essence of those early Resident Evil games we all remember fondly. This quick guide lays out all the default PC keyboard and Xbox gamepad controls for the game. It’s a straightforward list, not too much to memorize, but it’s here as a convenient reminder just in case you need to look something up.

PC Keyboard Controls

Normal Mode:

WASD: Move your character with tank-style controls, meaning you navigate relative to your character’s current orientation.

K / Shift: Hold this key to make your character sprint.

X: Opens your inventory to select and use items.

WASD + K: Perform a rapid about-face maneuver to quickly turn around.

O / P: Pan the camera around to gain a better perspective of your environment.

L: Investigate objects or areas of interest.

J: Toggle the flashlight on or off, which can be crucial for visibility in dark areas.

Weapon Mode:

Arrow Keys / WASD: Take aim with your weapon to prepare for firing.

K: Fire your weapon to engage enemies.

J: Use a grenade to deal damage over an area or affect multiple targets.

X: Cycle through your available weapons to select the appropriate one for the situation.

Space Bar: Raise your weapon, which might be for better aiming precision.

L: Reload the weapon’s ammunition.

Xbox Gamepad Controls

Normal Mode:

D-Pad/Left Stick: Move your character; these are tank-like controls -> meaning movement is relative to the character’s orientation.

B/RT: Hold to make your character run.

LB: Access your inventory to manage items.

D-Pad Down + B: Perform a quick 180-degree turn to face the opposite direction.

Right Stick: Rotate the camera around to get a better view of your surroundings.

A: Examine objects or interact with the environment.

X: Turn your flashlight on or off, useful for seeing in dark places.

Weapon Mode:

Left Stick/L: Aim your weapon, preparing to fire or throw.

B: Fire your weapon at enemies or targets.

X: Throw a grenade for area damage or to hit multiple targets.

LB: Switch between weapons in your arsenal.

RB: Raise your weapon, likely to aim more accurately.

A: Reload your weapon to continue firing without running out of ammunition.
