In short: AoE + far corner positioning
Like all box formations, Hunters can be weak to AOE effects from Kunkka or Enigma. They are also great a focus firing at single targets, so a line formation like the one shown earlier for Warriors is not ideal when facing Hunters. Instead, placing units in the opposite corner, out of the initial range of the Hunters, will force them to move forward and out of position.
This will also break up their focus fire due to the random nature of the movement. It can also help to keep some of your units out of range of a Medusa ult.
