EA FC 24: How to Request a Transfer in Career Mode

22

So, you’ve been grinding away on FC 24 and you’re thinking, “I need to spread my wings, man!” Well no worries, because asking for a transfer isn’t as confusing as it might seem at first. First off, kick it over to the “My Pro” section. You can get there by tapping that RB button on your Xbox controller, or R1 if you’re on the PS.

The Heart of the Matter: Squad Hub & My Actions

Once you’re nestled in My Pro, the next stop is Squad Hub. Right above that is where the real action is – “My Actions”. Click on the Request Transfer button and you’ll be on your way…

Wait, Why Can’t I Request a Transfer??

Don’t stress if you’re trying to click “Request Transfer” and nada is happening. If you’re playing as a freshly created character you’ve got to stick around in the game for about six months before you can make that move… And don’t think about skipping time by simulating games; FC 24 is smarter than that and might glitch out on you.

What’s the Manager Say?

So you put in that request. Now you’ll probably get a DM from the boss man either greenlighting your request or hitting you with a “Nah, we need you here, fam.” Don’t get discouraged if you get shut down… Just stay persistent, and keep trying.

Wanna Boost Your Chances? Be Bad

Yep, you heard that right. Start slacking off in training and mess up your game stats. The trashier you play -> the more your coach is gonna wanna boot you out.

Keeping Tabs on the Transfer Window

Now, transfers ain’t an all-year-round thing. You gotta catch that transfer window.

Slide over to the Season section and peep the calendar. Look out for those golden words: transfer window open.

Got the Green Light? Here Come the Offers

Once you’re on the transfer list, be ready for offers from other clubs. When you get one, you’ll have to decide: stall, accept or decline. Think it through!

Sayonara, Old Club

That’s it, you’re done—pack your bags ’cause you’re outtie! Head on over to your new team and get ready to crush it…
