Aight, FIFA heads! Time to level up your game with them Berba and McGeady spins. Man, these moves are straight flames – you’ll be sending defenders sliding & snapping ankles out there.
The Berba Spin
This slick move is named after the man, the myth, the legend – Dimitar Berbatov. It’s a dope 4-star skill move that can give you that extra edge on the attack or help you slip out of some tight spots in FC 24…
How to Do It in FC 24
- Get the right player. Make sure your player has at least 4-star skills. Don’t try this with some random no-skill dude; it ain’t gonna work.
- Start moving in the direction you want to spin.
- Flick the right stick (R) once in the direction you’re heading.
- Without any pause, flick it again but this time to the side (perpendicular to your direction). That’s it, you’ll see your player do the spin.
- While the Berba spin is dope, using it in the box might not be the brightest idea. For those close-quarters situations, the heel to ball roll is your BFF. It’s sleek, smooth, and can get you out of a tight spot in no time…
- You can use it on the wing when you’ve got a pesky defender on your tail. Spin it, and you can either get some space or cut inside for a shot at glory. It’s also a solid move to shake off some pressure when you’re boxed in. But, and this is important, never try spinning towards a defender. They’ll just snatch the ball right off you. Aim away from them when you start the spin.
The McGeady Spin
This move’s got Aiden McGeady’s name all over it, and it’s another 4-star skill move.
How to Pull it Off in FC 24
- For a McGeady Spin to the right: Flick that joystick straight up, then quickly to the right..
- If you wanna switch it up and do the spin to the left: Flick up and then swerve to the left.
- This move’s all about the flash and perfect for taking on a defender one-on-one. You can use it on the wings or even in the box if you’re feeling bold. Just remember; timing and positioning are everything…
