Mastering skill moves is essential to becoming an exceptional player and staying ahead in eFootball 2023. Outwitting your opponents and generating goal-scoring chances is crucial. One of the most favored and efficient skill moves is the drag back. This straightforward maneuver allows you to quickly change direction, dodge defenders, and maintain ball possession. In this guide, we’ll demonstrate how to execute a drag back effectively in eFootball 2023.

Select the ideal player and scenario: The drag back can be executed by any player in the game, regardless of skill level. The maneuver is most effective when your opponent is positioned diagonally behind you and pursuing the ball. Ideally, use the drag back while sprinting towards the goal to create an opportunity for a shot or a through pass to a teammate.

Manage your player’s motion: To set up the drag back, ensure your player is running at top speed. Use the left stick to control the direction of your player. Nudge the left stick up to create space and get ready for the drag back move.

Carry out the drag back: To perform the drag back, use the right stick on your controller. First, shift the right stick in the opposite direction of your player’s movement. This action will prompt your player to draw the ball back with the sole of their foot while pivoting their body in the opposite direction.

Finish the move and switch direction: As you pull the ball back, swiftly move the left stick up to change your player’s direction. This quick change of direction will help you evade defenders and make space for your next move.

Let go of the sprint button: Just before pulling off the drag back, release the sprint button on your controller. This will grant you more control over the skill move and enhance its effectiveness.
