  • Then open the big picture.

 

  • Click Far Cry 5.

 

  • Manage game.

 

  • Controller options.

 

  • Use steam configuration for non-steam Controllers.

 

  • Select (forced off) and click ok.

 

  • Launch the game. Now D-Pad should be working.
