For those who want to add just a little more spice, this guide is full of the console commands to do so. Want to fly over your farm? Get a fat stack of cash from just one command? Spawn bales and pallets wherever you want? Gotcha covered. Jump in and enjoy these cheats, running your farm precisely the way you want-it’s farm life with a little extra kick.

 

 

Steam Library: How to Enable Cheats and Console Commands

Step 1: Enable Commands/Cheats

First, log in from your Steam account, then go to your library.

 

Right-click on Farming Simulator 25 and select Properties.

 

In the General tab, add -cheats to the field labeled Launch Options.

 

 

Step 2: Enable the Command Console

Right-click on Farming Simulator 25, then Manage Files.

 

Alternatively, you may also follow the path: Documents/MyGames/FarmingSimulator2025

 

First, open the game.xml file in a text editor. Look for the tag ‘development‘ in this file and change the value of ‘controls‘ from ‘false‘ to ‘true‘.

 

Now, in game, you’ll be able to open the console with the tilde (“) key above TAB, with F2, or with the ~ é key.

 

 

Farming Simulator 25 Console Commands

gsPlayerFlightMode – Flight mode, lets you fly around freely.

 

gsMoneyAdd – Adds $10,000; after gsMoneyAdd, followed by any number will add that amount.

 

gsTeleport – Teleports instantly to any field or x/z position.

 

gsFillUnitAdd [amount] – Adds the type specified to your fill unit. Useful for refilling.

 

gsTimeSet – Sets the time in-game to whatever you wish.

 

Useful keys – after activating gsToggleFlightAndNoHUDMode

J: Toggle avatar fly on/off.

Q / E: Move the avatar up or down while flying. Hold Shift to fly faster.

Q: Toggle HUD on/off, help boxes, clocks and vehicle/money displays.

 

gsSetFOV – Set field of view.

 

gsBaleAdd [width] [height] [length] [wrapState] [modName]: Adds a bale right in front of you with the specified dimensions and state.

 

gsPalletAdd: Spawns a pallet in front of you; great for storage.

 

gsFarmSet: Sets the farm for current player or vehicle.

 

gsFarmlandBuy: Buy certain farmland.

 

gsFarmlandBuyAll: Buy all available farmlands—expand your empire!

 

gsFarmlandSell: Sell one of your farmlands.

 

gsFarmlandSellAll – Sell all of your owned farmlands. If you are looking to downsize.

 

gsFieldSetFruit – Change the fruit type of a specific field.

 

gsFieldSetFruitAll – Change the fruit type of all fields; good for mass planting.

 

gsSnowAdd – Add snow on the map, turning it into a more festive or tricky place.

 

gsSnowReset – Resets the snow on the map, no winter wonderland any longer.

 

gsTreeAdd – Adds a tree in front of you; great for landscaping.

 

gsVehicleAddDamage – Adds damage to your vehicle, so use it with care!

 

gsVehicleFuelSet – Sets your vehicle’s fuel to any amount you want, so you never run out.

 

gsWeatherSet – Changes the current weather from sunny to rainy or vice versa, and even stormy.

 

 

Environment and Graphics Commands

enableCloudFx – Enables/disables the cloud effects and see for yourself how it will enhance the atmosphere.

 

enableFramerateLimit – Enable/disable the FPS limiter; it is up to you to make it smoother.

 

gsHudVisibility – HUD on/off.

 

showFps – Shows on-screen current frames per second.

 

 

Animal and AI Commands

enableAnimalStatesDebugRendering – Toggle debug rendering for animals, see what’s going on with them.

 

gsAIEnableDebug – Enable debug for AI to keep an eye on their actions.

 

gsAIStart – Turn on AI driving to target location, no need to drive anymore!

 

 

Game System and Debugging Commands

gsAutoSave – On/Off autosave to not lose your progress.

 

gsAutoSaveInterval – Determine how often the game is going to autosave.

 

gsNetworkDebug – Toggles network debugging, useful in case of any multiplayer issues.

 

gsCollisionFlagShowAll – Shows all collision flags; useful while debugging.

 

 

Weather and Environment Effects

gsWeatherAdd – Adds a weather effect of your own choice.

 

gsWeatherDebug – Toggles weather debugging to troubleshoot an issue.

 

setFogPlaneHeight – Changes fog height; the visibility changes.

 

 

Vehicle Management Commands

gsVehicleLoadAll – Loads all the vehicles in the game, saving you from picking and choosing one.

 

gsVehicleAnalyze – Analyzes the current vehicle to check on its status.

 

gsVehicleTemperatureSet – Sets the temperature of the motor of your vehicle.

 

gsVehicleDebug – Turns debug mode on/off for vehicle status.
