Navigate to “C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SummerCamp\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor” and open “Scalability.ini” in Notepad, and add the following lines.

r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
Chromatic Aberration will now be disabled in your game.
