How to Activate Cheats in Hammerwatch II

Here’s how to get cheats going in Hammerwatch 2.

• First off, hit that tilde key (~) it’s under the Escape key. That’s how you open the console.

• Type “e_cheats” and hit Enter. Red text on top means cheat mode is a go.

• Heads up; these cheats work only with modded profiles & you gotta redo them every time…

Basic Cheats

• change_level levels/testDoodad.lvl: Takes you to a different level.

• g_scale 4: Changes the game’s scale to 4, solid choice for 16:9 resolution.

• g_timescale: Lets you speed up or slow down the game, your call.

• cht_change_weather fair/windy/rain_2/rain_3/snow_1/snow_2: Switch up the weather.

• cht_god: You’re in god mode, nothing can hurt you…

• cht_noclip: Glide through walls like they’re not even there.

• cht_killall: Clears the level of all enemies!

• cht_revive: Brings you back into the game when you’re down.

Leveling & Resources

• cht_give_experience <amount>: Gives you more XP.

• cht_levelup <amount>: Levels you up real quick.

• cht_give_gold <amount>: Adds gold to your pocket.

• cht_give_health <amount>: Pumps up your health.

• cht_give_mana <amount>: Keeps your mana topped up.

Gear and Items

• cht_give_item <id> <amount>: Gets you the items you need.

• cht_give_and_equip_item <id>: Equips the item right away..

• cht_clear_inventory: Clears out your inventory.

• cht_refill_potions: Refills your potions.
