Click the red one in the game on your cellphone, find your friend’s name, and either join or invite them. Note that you and your friend must be playing NBA 2K22 on the same platforms. For example, if He/She’s playing the game on Xbox and you have the PlayStation version of the game, you can’t invite her/him.
