How to Upgrade Your Attributes in NBA 2K23 MyCareer Mode (Next Gen)

In this guide, we will explain how to upgrade your attributes in NBA 2K23 MyCareer mode. Simply follow these steps:

At any point during the game, press the start button. From there, select the Progression tab from the top menu.

When you are on the Progression menu, click the Attributes tab to go to your attribute screen, where you can upgrade any attribute. You will need VC to upgrade a specific attribute. You can earn more VC by playing more games and attending different events, or you can simply purchase VC packages.

Please keep in mind that you will have attribute caps. This means that, once you reach 85 overall (if you see on the top middle it says “85 Max”), that is the highest overall you can be. You will have to play the game more to upgrade your attribute caps, so you can get up to 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 95, or 99 overall.
