Blizzard’s revamp of Classic WoW isn’t just a straight-up nostalgia trip; there are a few tweaks and changes in the mix:

• First off, your Battle.net buddies are right there with you, thanks to the friends list integration.

• Got an issue with another player? Just right-click their name to report them. Easy peasy.

• They’ve swapped out the old-school data system for a more modern framework to keep things running smooth.

• Colorblind support is in, making the game more accessible for everyone.

• Loot trading’s a thing now, but they’re keeping it raid-exclusive.

• The Macro and Addon interface got a nice little facelift, so it’s more up-to-date.

• They’ve bumped up the graphics settings in the UI, but you can still flip between Classic and Recommended if you’re feeling nostalgic.

• And last but not least, the 4:3 widescreen visuals are looking sharper than ever.

So, while it’s got that old-school vibe, Classic WoW is also bringing some welcome changes to the table!
