Helpful Conditions: Normal Difficulty
Most civilians are rescued on Hard, but normal has fewer enemy spawns. Islands 2, 3, and 4 get progressively harder but have the same number of civilians to save. The final island has no civilians on it, abandon once you have cleared all islands you plan to. Fastest if you abandon and restart after island 1.
