Area 1: Canister 1: Put out the fires to the left of your starting point, then destroy the rubble to reveal this.

 

Picture Perfect: After traveling through the vent in the first part of the area, this is just to the right.

 

Canister 2: Use telekinesis on the plant on the left to reveal a dig site. Dig up this.

 

Canister 3: Destroy the filing cabinet between the elevators to reveal LEGO pieces. Build them into a lever, then pull it to open the elevator on the left, revealing this.

 

Character Token: Head into the fuse box in the room above the security cannon, then hit the switch at the end to open the cell with this inside.

 

Area 2: Canister 4: Head to the right and put out the fires, then smash the cracked wall on the truck to reveal this.

 

Canister 5: Melt the ice block in the fountain on the right to reveal this.

 

Red Power Brick: Shatter the glass fish tank on the upper ledge on the right, then use telekinesis on the fish to reveal LEGO pieces. Build them into this.

 

Token Character: Commissioner Gordon (10,000)

 

Red Power Brick Extra: Paint Splat Footprints (100,000)
