The Silent Treatment: Talk to the Grounds Keeper, and he will ask you to dispose of three bombs. Head to the markers and destroy the glowing object to knock down the bombs, then ride them over to the marker to dispose of them. After disposing of the three bombs, defeat the 6 mimes that show up to complete this quest.

Mimes to a Flame: Talk to the Dog Walker, and he will ask you to put out some fires. Head over to the first marker, put out all the fires, and then head to the second marker. Put out all the fires to reveal a launchpad, then step on it to reach an upper ledge. Put out the fires, then destroy the glowing object to reveal LEGO pieces. Build them into a launchpad, then step on it. Put out the fires, then pull the lever to reach the roof. Put out the smaller fires, then smash the cracked block on the water tower to put out the raging fires. Put out all the fires to complete this quest.
