There are a couple of ways to find Epic and Legendary Orcs of high enough level for what you’re looking for.

 

These are:

 

  • Let an Orc you want kill you to level him up.

 

  • Use the Fighting Pits to Dominate powerful Orcs.

 

  • Fight Online Conquests and earn Spoils of War chests.

 

  • Buy Silver War Chests with the in-game currency.

 

  • Buy Gold or MIthril chests with Gold coins, purchased for real money or earned through dailies.
