Secret Items:

If you visit the pawn shop in the main menu you will notice a dressing room that says hats. Hop in and press interact then select a different hat for your thief with the left and right arrows. You can find more of these hats in various levels but only in the 3rd difficulty. See if you can collect them all.

Secret Level:

Try the door to the left in pawn shop for abit of thriller.
