Get into a war and let go of nobles instead of taking them as prisoners. You’ll get one level every time you do this. Another really good way to level up Charm is to aid allied parties in battle. If they’re about to lose and you join them in battle and win, you can win up to 3 or 4 levels at once sometimes. Another quick way to level up Charm is to bribe Looters to not fight you and to give gifts to notables. You’ll need this skill if you want to get married and have an heir, which is very important.

More Ways of Leveling Up Charm:

This one requires a bit more thought, but it’s a lot faster than the rest. The idea is to sign the Council of The Commons policy in your Kingdom, which will give you a lot of influence. You will inevitably hoard Influence and if you want to level up Charm, you can use all that Influence to “Support” other clans you want to improve your relationship with several times. You’ll spend 50 Influence every time you do it, but if you have a Focus Point on Charm, you will also level up every time you do it.
