How Does The Rep System Work?

Rookie, Pro, All-Star, Superstar, Elite, and Legend are the six main rep levels that may be split down to make things simple.

 

In NBA 2K22, the rep system is straightforward: MyPoints are gained every time a player does well in a match. Almost every move in a game is rewarded with points, from scoring points to grabbing rebounds to just winning the game. The MyRep Progress bar, found under the MyRep tab in MyCareer, shows your player’s current progress. When the player reaches 100%, they will be promoted to the next level. Bonus rewards are given to players each time a new level is unlocked. The rewards increase as you progress through the rankings.
