Trapped on Freighter Issue Fix
When boarding freighters during pirate attack events, you may become trapped. Try to avoid doing so to begin with. If you are already trapped, you can either;
1) Reload a save, or
2) Get in & out of your ship to save, then quit and reload that new save.
